Herbal Tisane | Breath of Your Heart
- Rose, Hawthorn, Tulsi, Motherwort and Linden Flowers. A herbal tea to support your heart through periods of stress and hurt. We have gathered botanicals with adaptogenic and heart healing (both physical and emotional) properties to encourage a full breath outwards and find the space and courage needed to move forward.
Place 1 – 2 teaspoons of tea (per cup) in a tea infuser or teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 2 - 5 minutes.
